Job Description :

  • Prepare administrative needs
  • Keep the proof of company transactions such as Invoices, Shopping Receipts etc. to be submitted to the Finance
  • Maintain company tools & ensure that work properly such as Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Photocopiers etc.
  • Monitor employee absence
  • Manage employee benefits such as BPJS, Health Asurance.
  • Purchase & maintain company assets
  • Ensure the availability of operational needs.

Requirements :

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any Major
  • At least 1 year experience as General Affair
  • Maximum age is 27 years, male is preferable
  • Having a driving license to operate vehicle (SIM A) is a plus
  • Proficient in using Ms. Office
  • Strong Administration & Management skills
  • Good communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making skills
